How it works

Why does the risk-factor assessment phase last 1 month?

This period allows us to gather clinical, biological, functional and behavioural data. It includes consultations, blood tests, functional tests and specialised questionnaires.
The clinical team also observes the patient's sleep, nutrition and lifestyle habits. The results are then cross-referenced and interpreted by different healthcare professionals.
This thorough approach makes it possible to build an accurate, genuinely personalised Star Profile that takes each patient's lifestyle into account over a full month.

What are hKPIs?

health Key Performance Indicators (hKPIs) are a set of biological, physiological and functional indicators used to assess overall health as well as track how it evolves over time.

What are the main biomarkers tracked?

Depending on individual needs, these can include metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory and hormonal markers, body composition, sleep quality, heart rate variability (HRV), VO₂ max, and muscular strength.

The programmes

How long does a programme last?

Ideally between 3 and 6 months, to give biological and behavioural changes time to take hold for the long term.

Which programme is best suited to my situation?

The choice depends on your Star Profile results, your health goals, and the medical team's recommendations.

What does a care programme involve?

Each journey begins with the Star Profile, an in-depth assessment carried out over a month. The results are then used to build a Personalised Proactive Plan, or PPP. This can run for one, three or six months depending on the patient's needs and goals. It typically combines medical care, nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management. A follow-up assessment then measures progress and allows the recommendations to be fine-tuned over time.

Support

How does a follow-up work?

It includes regular consultations and check-ins with the multidisciplinary team, biomarker monitoring, adjustments to your personalised plan, and support in adopting new lifestyle habits.

Why am I supported by several professionals?

Your health depends on many different factors. Collaboration between doctors, specialists and coaches ensures consistent, personalised care.

Why does the follow-up span several months?

Lasting improvements in health take time. Follow-ups are designed to maximise the chances of durable benefits, consolidate changes, and maintain motivation throughout the care journey.

Medical & logistics

Why carry out such a thorough assessment?

Similar symptoms can have very different causes. A comprehensive assessment makes it possible to identify the factors that genuinely affect health, so we can offer targeted interventions.

Are all the technologies used scientifically validated?

All of them are grounded in science, but their level of evidence varies depending on the indication. NFINITY SWISS ranks interventions by strength of evidence, favours those best supported by research, and keeps patients informed of what the science currently shows.

Why not rely on a single blood test?

A single biomarker reflects only one aspect of health. hKPIs are interpreted together to build a more comprehensive and meaningful picture of physiological health.
